The political situation in Italy: a view of this last year of crisis. Italy is a 60 million habitants country that has been labelled as one of the P.I.I.G.S. nations. It has suffered greatly the consequences of the World Economic Crisis; crisis that have seen the left parties disappear or transforming in neoliberal ones with obvious ripercussions on the extraparliamentary movements. With the government of Matteo Renzi, leader of the Partito Democratico (Democratic Party), we have seen the absolute compliance with the Troika’s diktats and the further obliteration of the welfare state towards neoliberal policies. The juvenile precarity is risen to 44.2% and the governative decree named JobsAct will modify again the yet unstable galaxy of the workers rights: this administrative will carry out this policies making more and more flexible the precarious jobs, including the mini-jobs following the German example and legitimizing the free jobs (masking them as formative stages). In this situation the largest confederated trade unions (CGIL, CISL and UIL) are accomplices of this neoliberal practises; minor resistances are represented by the non confederated trade unions associations and by the metalworkers trade union FIOM. The Universal Exposition Expo 2015, with its motto “Feeding the Planet”, is used as a experimental laboratory in which the volunteer workers are exploited and in which a free job is dressed as a great opportunity. Furthermore Expo represents also a breach for liberalising the marketplace on a local and international scale (in association with TTIP and the goals of the GMO’s corporations). We have identified in the Great Event of Expo 2015 the same predatory matrix visible in the other great works and great events worlwide. In Italy, in particolar, the connection between different struggles and different experiences of territorial resistances, have traced a fil rouge among TAV (High Speed Train), MUOS (Mobile User Objective System) and local struggles against oil rig and garbage incinerator in the regions of Abruzzo and Campania, mainly damaged by the Renzi’s decree “Sblocca Italia”.“Sblocca Italia” has so the purpose of transforming the construction yards of the great works into sites of national strategic interest, changing them into military areas, not including the local population in the decision process about the great work itself. The migratory streams, caused by the neoliberal policies and by the explotation of the third world countries, assume concrete form in one’s own small way in the thousand lifes lost in the Mediterranean Sea ; this deaths are also the symbol of the legislator lacks of the Fortress Europe and of its accomplice Italian government. This situation is exploited in a racist and populist way by the extreme right parties as the new Lega Nord of Matteo Salvini (linked to the Front National of Marine Le Pen) and by the small neo-fascist parties as Casa Pound and Forza Nuova; all these have known their rise because the votes taken from the declining Movimento 5 Stelle (Five Stars Movement), lead by the comedian Beppe Grillo. Communia Network Communia network is an organization composed by different collectives, political experiences, occupied spaces and recovered ones, born after the split of the party "sinistra critica". Communia Network tries to establish connections and way of political revolutionary work throughout the method of the recovered spaces, something different from the canonic autonomous occupied space. Communia network considers the political place an epicentre of political irradiation, an epicentre of movements, of politicization, of revolutionary conflict and it is for that not a fortification in which being locked. One of the exemplary hub of our network is represented by the recovered factory Ri-Maflow where the workers on struggle have occupied the building creating a source of income through the self-management. They have created a network, "fuori mercato", in English "out of the marketplace", a network composed by small anticapitalist manufacturers and against the mass retain channels. The first place that has been occupied by Communia Network is Communia Roma; created as a space for mutual aid, it opposes itself to the university seen as a factory of precarity and to the legitimation of the free jobs constructing initiatives from below in response to the needs of the students and of the workers. Another experience is represented by the migrants and self-managed workers of NetZaNet, from Bari, that produce zero exploitation tomatoes, opposing to the mafia and to, again, the mass retain channels. Communia Network is a member of the No Expo Network, that constructs ways of urban and rural resistance, ways of struggle against the Universal Exposition, Big Events, Great Works and against the decree Sblocca Italia. Furthermore the No Expo network has generated a gender feminist and lgbtiq collectives network named No Expo Pride which struggles against the femonationalism and homonationalism imposed by Expo and against the cleric and fascist homophobia.
